Common questions
Yes. There are no paid account tiers. You can build as many site drafts as your storage holds, and you only pay when a site goes live, or when you add storage or translation packs.
Each live site has its own subscription, monthly or yearly: hosting, plus the features you turn on for that site, like more languages, site search or form submissions. Changes are prorated, and the app shows the new price before you confirm.
Every workspace starts with a free allowance of storage, for your content, files and sites, and of translation credits, for machine translation, which refill every month. Packs add to them, and every site in the workspace shares them.
On a site in your personal workspace, readers and contributors are free, and each editor needs a seat on that site. In an organization, every member takes a seat, which the organization's admins buy, and its sites are shared with its members.
Every account can connect a folder on a computer to a Uniweb project. AI agents and developers work on the design system and the content in those files, while content authors keep editing visually in the app.
When a site's subscription ends, the site goes offline, but nothing is deleted: its pages, design and records stay as they are, ready to publish again.
In the app. Packs are in your workspace's Settings → Usage, and each site's subscription is in that site's Settings → Billing. The app shows every price before you confirm.
